Terms & Conditions

  • Once allotted & agreement signed, the price is firm
  • All payments shall be made by demand draft or local cheque favouring ‘i CLOUD HOMES Pvt. Ltd’ payable at Trivandrum
  • All measurements, area layout, elevation and specifications shown in this brochure are subject to minor variations without specific or general notices
  • Individual houses will be completed within 12 months after first instalment
  • Statutory deposits, building tax and sales tax are to be paid by the buyer. Also applicable deposits for power, house owners association, Construction workers welfare fund and other relevant deposits
  • An owners association will be formed on handing over of the possession on the villa. Membership in the above association is compulsory
  • This is a time bound project. In case payments are not made as per agreement signs, the builder reserves the right to cancel the allotment
  • This brochure is only for information and does not constitute a legal document
  • All transactions and litigations are subject to Thiruvananthapuram Jurisdiction only
  • On allotment, sale deed of the land will be executed. Sale deed includes the individual plot together with respective share of undivided right in common area
  • Registration charges of land will be to the buyer’s account
